  1. 30-Day Return Policy
    You have 30 days from the date of service delivery or payment to request a refund.

       

    • Eligibility for Refunds
      To be eligible for a refund, your request must meet the following criteria:
      • The service or product is in the same condition as when delivered or purchased.
      • You provide proof of purchase or relevant receipt.
      • The request is made within the 30-day window.

       

    • How to Request a Refund
      • To initiate a refund, please contact us at info@maqconsult.com with your details and reasons for the refund.
      • Include any relevant documentation or proof of purchase.

       

    • Refund Process
      • Upon receipt of your request, Maqhawe Consulting Limited will review it within 7 business days.
      • If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 14 business days.
      • You will receive notification of the outcome via email.

       

    • Damages and Issues
      • Please inspect our services upon completion or receipt.
      • Contact us immediately at info@maqconsult.com if there are issues such as damages, defects, or errors so we can evaluate and resolve the matter.

       

    • Exceptions / Non-Refundable Cases
      • Refunds are not available for services already rendered or completed.
      • Custom services or packages may have different refund conditions, which will be specified when purchased.
      • The following are not eligible for refunds:
        • Services that have been fully delivered and used.
        • Gift cards or promotional offers.

       

    • Exchanges
      • To exchange a service, please contact us to discuss options. Generally, you may need to request a refund and then make a new purchase for the desired service or package.
